Graftongate completes major land deal and secures delivery role for 471,000 sq ft of new logistics developments
Graftongate and Cilldara Group have completed the sale of three prime development sites to Indurent, paving the way for the delivery of 471,000 sq ft of Grade A industrial accommodation across the UK.
The deal highlights the strength of the relationship between Graftongate and Indurent, a leading developer, owner and operator of warehouse space across the UK, and its owner, Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager.
The forward-funded portfolio will be delivered by Graftongate and will comprise 14 new units at sites across the Midlands, North West and Greater London. The developments will be delivered in phases between October 2026 and May 2027.
The portfolio includes:
-Walsall, West Midlands: 90,000 sq ft single unit with completion expected in autumn 2026
-Knowsley, Merseyside: 199,000 sq ft single unit with completion expected in Q1 2027
-Byfleet, London: 182,000 sq ft across 12 units with completion expected in summer 2027
All units will be delivered to the highest environmental standards, targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+. Each scheme will incorporate advanced sustainability features, operational efficiency measures and the flexibility required to support modern occupier needs.
